what's it cost to put online?

As a guide, if you sent us a PowerPoint presentation, cassette tape and a list of timings that comprised a 30 minute presentation, we could get that online for as little as £450 (excluding VAT). This figure would include hosting for a month and up to 200 viewings.

what should I charge a user?

You don't have to charge users anything. If you are selling a product or want to provide information free of charge  we can let users directly access your presentation.

On the other hand you can charge your users what you like. ICON handle the process of user registrations and taking on-line credit card transactions via a secure web site, for which a fee would be charged.

is user registration a requirement?

Not necessarily, but we can't see many instances when it would not be useful to know who has been accessing your presentations.

You can choose to be notified by e-mail when a user accesses your presentation, or you can have a weekly notification or just access a secure web page listing user activity whenever you like. You will probably want to know who has accessed your presentation so that you know how many have visited, who they were and can then follow up potential sales leads etc.
