Yes, it can take as little as 24hrs to have your presentation online. This means that if you held an afternoon seminar today, it could be online by the close of play tomorrow.

Send us your PowerPoint presentation, audio recording & slide change timings, then we process them and publish it to one of our web servers.

The recording is then copied to computer and processed into an audio 'event stream' that plays back the speech whilst changing slides at the appropriate points.

If you do not have an audio recording of your presentation, send us the script and we will have a professional 'voice' present it in our studio whilst it is recorded.

The result is published on our server ready for immediate access.

guidelines

• Ensure slide changes are not too frequent (i.e. less than 10 seconds per change) otherwise users with slower modems may experience buffering problems.

• If you are delivering a PowerPoint presentation, please request the 'Slide Timer' plug-in from ICON - this allows us to easily synchronise the slide changes with the audio.

• If your venue has a PA system it should be a relatively simple process to get a cassette tape machine or, preferably, mini-disc recorder connected to it.

• If you have a question and answer session at the end, make sure that questions from the audience as audible, or get the speaker to repeat the question so that the whole audience can hear it, before answering it.
